Shahi murgh masala:

Ingredients:
Chicken (biryani cut) 1 kg
Cashew nut 6
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Saffron ½ tsp
Pistachios 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Onion 250 gram
Yogurt 125 gram
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cardamom 4
Clarified butter 1 cup
Method
First roast cashew nut, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, pistachios and cardamom then grind them and mix it in yogurt. Then add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin and all spice powder mix well and put it on chicken then leave for some time. Now heat oil and fry onion in it then add marinated chicken and cover it. When chicken get tender then saute well. Add saffron in milk and cook well then add it in chicken. Cook for 10 minutes and turn off the flame.

Matar pulao:
Ingredients:
Green peas ½ kg
Rice (soaked) ½ kg
Tomatoes 250 gms
Green chilies 10
Onions 2
Salt 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 2 tsp
Whole coriander 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cardamoms 4
Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper corns 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a pan, add onion, tomatoes, whole coriander, fennel seeds, salt , water and cook on low flame.
When stock is remaining, removes from the stove and sieve it.
In separate pan, heat oil add onion and fry.
Add garam masala, ginger garlic paste, green peas and fry well.
Now add stock , when boil comes add soaked rice.
When dries water, add mint leaves and green chilies.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes and take it out in a dish.
