Sorry but this is crap. These people claim that they are making authentic traditional Indian samosas but the fact is that its not. Indian samosas are vegetarian. We don't put meat in it. Whether you're a muslim, hindu or christian or whatever NO ONE puts meat in samosas.
So to all those who are defending these so called "authentic" Indian Chefs kindly shut the fuck up coz you clearly have no idea about proper Indian food.
The samosas which these people are creating are made to cater to the Brits who like most Western people don't seem to be able to eat anything that doesn't have meat in them unless they are vegans of course.

Indian Muslims put mince meat in their Samosas. More muslims in India than Pakistan. Anyone having problems with this Fact are deluded. Cannot face reality. Aaaw! Poor them. Also Indians don't have claim to the authenticity of samosa recipe. No such thing as the Authentic Indian samosa recipe. History of samosa stretches back to Moghul era in theory. That's how the Samosa came to India one possibility. Possible that it originated in Central Asia ie. Idea of filling ingredients into something edible n transportable.
