Maiday me sooji, khashkhash , badam pistay, khopra , elaichi powder add kar den.
Sooji me till add kr k halka bhun len phir isko b maiday me add karden.
ghee add kar k achi tarha maida mix karen.
phir sugar me ik cup pani dal k melt kar len aur usi sheeray se maida goondh len.
choti tikiya bana k pehle saikh len ta k andar se pak jaye.
phir isko deep fry kar k golden brown kar k nosh farmayen.
