  4. you are not suppposed to use sesame seeds. better of using black peppercorns and cumin seeds with corriander seeds and sprinkle some kasoori methi with some oil on top and try cooking in the oven if u dont have indian tandoor. the taste will be so different . thats how we make in amritsar and following the same in AUSTRALIA.
