Reshmi tikka pizza :
Ingredients:
For Chicken Reshmi
Chicken legs boneless cubes ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Green chili pastes 4 tbsp
Coal 1 pieces
Oil ¼ cup
For dough:
Flour 6 cup
Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
Egg 2
Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Pizza sauce 2 cup
Chadder cheese 3 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Mushrooms 1-1/2 cup
Method:
In a bowl add chicken ,yogurt ,garlic ,ginger ,salt ,white pepper and green chili paste mix .now do the smoke .then heat oil in a pan add chicken and cook for 15 minutes and set a side .now in a bowl add all dough ingredients mix and knead the soft dough and set a side .after this roll the dough and spread on the pizza pan and then spread the pizza sauce .Then bake 250 degree centigrade for 6 to 7 minutes .Now remove and spread the chadder cheese and mozzarella cheese and .then add the chicken mixture and mushrooms slices and again bake for 20 minutes .then remove and serve .

Chocolate paratha :
Ingredients:
Flour 3 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt 1 tsp
Melted chocolate 1-1/2 cup
Method:
In a bowl add flour ,sugar ,salt and 4 tbsp of oil and knead soft dough and leave for 1 hour .now make 4 small balls and roll it then brush some oil and sprinkling some flour then again roll it .after this fry the parathas .then spread the chocolate and place the second paratha and cover the corners and fry 1 minutes and serve .

Baingan ka bharta :
Ingredients:
Eggplant ½ kg
Tomato slices 5
Onion slices 2 medium
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Method:
Firstly roast the egg plant on stove .now remove the skin and wash it .then chopped and set a side .now in a pan heat oil and fry onion .then all ingredients and 1 cup of water mix and cook on low heat for 10 minutes .now add the eggplant and cook for 10 minutes and serve .
