Ingredients:
Whole chicken 1-1/2 kg
Yogurt 1-1/2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 3
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Boiled potatoes as required
Method:
Mark deep cut on chicken.
Now wash it nicely and marinate with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
Then keep chicken in big pot, cover it and cook on low flame.
When water of chicken dries, add oil, lemon juice and black pepper and simmer it for 10 minutes.
Delicious yogurt steamed chicken is ready.
Served with fried boiled potatoes.
