Recipe Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  2. Cream together the butter and egg yolk until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough briefly until smooth.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.

  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
