Beef strips 1/2 kg
Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
Salt 1 tsp
Light soya sauce 4 tbsp
Black vinegar 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Fresh red chilies 6
Stock 1 cup
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 2 tsp
First, cut beef stripes into long.
Now marinate with sesame oil, vinegar and salt and keep for 30 minutes.
Then put chopped garlic and fry on high flame.
After that, add stock, salt, light soya sauce, oyster sauce and crushed black pepper.
When it boils, then put corn flour.
When it becomes thick, put red chili and capsicum and close the stove.
Put boiled spaghetti and serve.
