FAQs

Can I use fresh fruit instead of dried?

No, fresh fruit will add too much moisture and prevent the bars from setting properly. Stick to dried fruit for the best texture and shelf life.

Are these bars gluten-free?

Yes, as long as you use certified gluten-free oats.

Can I substitute the nut butter?

Absolutely! You can use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version or any other nut butter you prefer.

How long do they last?

Stored in the fridge, these bars stay fresh for up to 7 days. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
