Ingredients
- 1/2 liter milk
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 cup Olpers cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 50 gm chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp finely sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp coffee
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- For garnishing
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Cooking Method
- Boil milk in a saucepan.
- Then add sugar and cook for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
- Dissolve cornflour and gelatin powder in little water.
- Also add cocoa powder and coffee in it.
- Beat well.
- Pour it in an air tight container.
- Freeze for 24 hours or until chill.
- Coffee Crunch Ice Cream is ready to serve.
