Put the açaí powder, frozen berries, banana and ice cubes into a powerful blender with 100ml water. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.

Vegan banana & walnut bread

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Brush a 450g loaf tin with a little oil then line with baking parchment. Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, sugar and dates. Beat together the mashed banana and oil, then combine it with the flour mixture. Add the soya milk to loosen the mixture, fold in the walnuts and scrape the mixture into the tin. Bake for 1 hr, covering the top if it starts to look too brown. Insert a skewer into the centre of the cake – it should come out clean. If not, return to the oven and cook for a further 10 mins. Cool for 15 mins before taking it out of the tin.

Vegan breakfast muffins

Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Line a muffin tin with cases. Mix 100g muesli with the light brown sugar, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Combine the milk, apple, oil and 2 tbsp nut butter in a jug, then stir into the dry mixture. Divide equally between the cases. Mix the remaining muesli with the demerara sugar, remaining nut butter and the pecans, and spoon over the muffins. Bake for 25-30 mins or until the muffins are risen and golden. Will keep for two to three days in an airtight container or freeze for one month. Refresh in the oven before serving.

Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture. Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and chilli flakes. Toast your bread, drizzle over the oil then pile the avocado on top.

In a bowl combine 3 tbsp Greek yogurt, chile sauce, vinegar, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, 1/2 tsp white pepper, black pepper and cinnamon and add chicken. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins.

Heat oil in a pan and roast onions. Now add chicken and roast for few more time. Then add paprika, black pepper powder and salt and roast for a while.Then add tomato and tomato puree and roast well.

ٓTake a bowl, add chicken, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, oregano, garlic powder, egg, soya sauce, maida, corn flour, and mix all these ingredients. Keep this mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Apply bread crumbs at the marinated chicken and fry it until it changes into golden brown.
