Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Green chilies finely chopped 10
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomatoes 2
Onions 2
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Coal 1
Oil 1/2 cup
Direction:
Heat oil and fry chicken and green chilies.
Now put ginger garlic paste and cumin and roast it.
Then put yogurt, salt, turmeric and all spice powder and cover it.
When chicken tender, roast it nicely.
Then put onions and tomatoes slice and simmer it for 10 minutes.
Then close stove and give smoked of coal.
It is ready.
