Ingredients:
Undercut slices 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Capsicum cubes 1
Chopped carrot 1
Chopped onion 1
Cabbage 8 oz
Chopped green onion 1
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1/4 cup
Hoision sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Stock 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
Mariante undercut with salt, white pepper, 2 tbsp corn flour, soya sauce and egg and deep fry it.
Now heat oil and put garlic.
Then add remaining ingredients.
When it boils, put 1 tbsp corn flour paste.
Now put fried undercut and take it out.
