Ingredients:

10 chicken thighs
3 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger — grated
3 tablespoon cornstarch
4 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
peanut oil — deep frying

Method:

Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.
Marinate chicken in the soy sauce, ginger & cornstarch. The cornstarch should be enough to make the mixture into a thick sauce. Marinate for 1 Hr.
Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly
browned.
You can substitute beef for the chicken.
