Ingredients:
- 1 kg Boiled Potatoes
- 80 gm Butter
- Salt (As Needed)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ tsp Crushed Nutmeg (Jaifal)
- 3 Eggs (For Egg Yolk & Egg White)
- 1 & ½ cup Flour
- 1 & ½ Bread Crumbs
- Oil (As Needed)
- 200 gm Maida
Method:
First of all, add water in a pan. Add Potatoes and boil them. Peel off the potatoes, mashed them well until all the water dried. Now add, Butter, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Jaifal Crushed, & mix well. Add Egg Yolks. Mix again. Put the mixture into piping bag and exclude into long strips. Keep this mixture into refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut into small pieces, apply Maida. Apply Bread Crumbs at these square shape cutlets/pieces & dip into Egg White. Add Oil in a pan, Let it Warm. Add Cutlets in this oil and fry them until they changed into golden brown.
