Ingredients
- For Base
- Biscuits (crushed) 2 cups
- Butter (melted) 3 oz
- For Filling:
- Curd cheese 200 gms
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Orange jelly 1 packet
- Gelatin powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Olpers cream 2 cups
- Egg whites 2 (beaten)
- Castor sugar 3/4 cup
- Orange 1 cup

Cooking Directions

In a bowl put crushed biscuit and melted butter.

Grease 8 inch loose bottom pan with butter.

Spread mixture bake for 10 minutes and cool.

For Filling: Dissolve gelatin and orange juice.

Beat curd cheese with castor sugar.

Add dissolved gelatin mixture.

Beat cream and egg whites.

Fold all together with jelly crystals mix well.

Pour on biscuits base, chill for 2 hours.

Decorate with cream and orange segments.
