Ingredients:

Undercut beef 1/2 kg
Garlic 6 cloves
Ginger 1
Green chilies 15
Salt 1 tsp
Onion slice 1
White cumin 1 tsp
Green cardamom 2
Black pepper 15
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 1
Water 2 cups

For Sauce:

Maida 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Crushed mustard seeds 1/2 cup

Method:

Marinated beef with all ingredients.
Now shred it and fry in 3 tbsp oil with red chili powder and salt for 2-3 minutes.
For sauce: Add all ingredients in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
For serving: Cut burger buns from center and toast in oil on tawa.
Now spread sauce, keep cucumber slice, meat and salad leaves, cover with second part of bun and serve.
