Chicken 8 pieces
Chickpeas 1 tin
Onion chopped 1
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 2
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Chicken stock 2 cups
Lemon slice 1
Green olives 1/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup


Heat oil and fry onion until light brown.
Then put garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste and spices and roast it.
When it roast nicely, put stock and chickpeas and cook until chicken tender and gravy is thick.
Then put lemon slice and olives slice and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Then take out in dish and serve.

Heat the oven to 232 C. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper; set aside. Combine the wheat biscuit crumbs, olive oil, and salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
