Ingredients:
Powdered sugar – 8 cups
Cocoa powder – 1 cup
Milk – ½ cup
Butter – 1 cup
Vanilla – 2 tbsp
Chopped nuts – 1 ½ cups
Method:
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a large glass bowl.
Pour milk without mixing.
Make small pieces of butter and place on top of the sugar mixture.
Place the bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Remove the mixture when the butter has melted and add vanilla and nuts. Mix together and pour into a baking pan.
Place pan in the fridge until fudge is firm
