Chicken boneless 300 gm
Salt to taste
White pepper as required
Mustard 1/3 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Egg white 1
Corn flour 1/2 tsp
Flour 1 tsp
Lettuce leaves for dressing
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sesame seeds as required
Honey 4 tbsp
Oil 2 cup
Water 1/4 cup


Heat pan and add water with honey and lemon juice.
Then marinate chicken strips with salt, white pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce, corn flour, flour and egg white and coat marinated chicken with sesame seeds.
Now fry until golden brown and serve hot.
