Ingredients:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Chopped carrots 1
Onion 1
Chopped capsicum 2
Green chilies 4
Garlic cloves 4
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In a bowl, marinate small beef pieces with salt, ginger garlic paste and red chili flakes for 10 minutes.
In a karahi, heat oil, put garlic cloves and do golden brown.
Then put chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar and tomato ketchup and roast it lightly.
After that, in a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, stir fry chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, onion and green chilies and put in sauce.
Now grease frying pan or grill pan, keep undercut and roast it.
When golden, keep undercut first on dish. Heat sauce, put sesame seed oil, put in undercut and serve hot.
