  • 192g pkt Coles Make At Home Mini Tart Shells
  • 1 Coles Australian Free Range Egg
  • 2 Coles Australian Free Range Egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Icing sugar, to dust


Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the tart shells on the lined tray. Whisk the egg, egg yolks, sugar, cream, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug. Divide evenly among the tart shells. Bake for 10-15 mins or until custard is just set. Set aside for 5 mins to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with icing sugar.
