Ingredients:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Green chilies 10-15
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed white pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken cube with flour 1 tsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Garlic 8 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Sesame oil few drops
Method:
Cut beef undercut into finely parchy with sharp knife.
Then put salt, sugar, crushed black pepper, crushed white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic cloves, corn flour and chicken cube with flour in parchy, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
Now heat oil in karahi pan and stir fry it on low flame.
When water dries, put 1 tbsp oil in second frying pan, stir fry green chilies, put in meat and roast it lightly.
Then put sesame oil and serve hot.
