- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. The centers may look slightly undercooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
