Ingredients:
Chicken breast 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
For Coating:
Maida 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Egg 1
Milk 1 tbsp
For Sauce:
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Honey 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Green onion 1 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with all ingredients.
Put maida, corn flour, salt and black pepper in bowl and mix it.
Beat egg and milk in other bowl.
Coat chicken in maida mixture.
Then dip in egg mixture and deep fries.
For sauce: Cook all ingredients, put corn flour and thick it.
Heat oil in wok, put garlic and add chicken and green onion.
Now put sauce, mix it and serve with rice or noodles.
