  • Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 150g Chicken Boneless
  • 250g Mushroom Sliced
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 3/4 cup Cream

  • Directions:
  • -In a pan heat oil & butter, add onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes, add garlic, sauté for a minute.
  • -Add chicken and cook until almost tender.
  • -Add mushrooms and salt, back pepper, white pepper & oregano and cook for a 1-2 minutes.
  • -Add chicken stock & milk cover the lid and add cream, mix it well.
