- Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 150g Chicken Boneless
- 250g Mushroom Sliced
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3/4 cup Cream
- Directions:
- -In a pan heat oil & butter, add onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes, add garlic, sauté for a minute.
- -Add chicken and cook until almost tender.
- -Add mushrooms and salt, back pepper, white pepper & oregano and cook for a 1-2 minutes.
- -Add chicken stock & milk cover the lid and add cream, mix it well.
