  • Tomato (boiled and peeled) 6
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 2.5 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Olpers Cream 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (round and thickly chopped) 4

Cooking Directions

  1. Firstly, saute onions in butter.
  2. Then blend tomatoes and onion.
  3. After that take a jug of water and add in a pot.
  4. Then add chicken powder and black pepper.
  5. Now cook it well for 30 minutes.
  6. After that add milk and Olpers cream.
  7. Cook them all for 5 minutes.
  8. At the end fry the tomatoes that are left.
  9. Add the fried tomatoes in above curry and serve.

Ingredients: 1 cooked chicken carcass, raw giblets and trimmings from

Ingredients: 1.5 lb shin of beef, cubed 2 onions, chopped
