Cranberry Sauce

1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp minced orange zest
1/4 tsp cinnamon
12 oz bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup honey


Take a pan and bring orange juice, ginger, zest and cinnamon to a boil.
Wash and clean cranberries, and add in the boiling liquid.
Cook uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Add pineapple and honey before serving.

Avocado Salsa

Ingredients: 1 Avocado 3 tbsp Coriander; chopped fresh 1/2 cup

Almond Butter

Ingredients: 4 Tablespoons almond 1 Tablespoon flour 1 Tablespoon olive

Tomato Chutney

Ingredients: Garlic (finely chopped) – 6 cloves Spring onions (chopped)

Mint Chutney

Ingredients: Mint leaves – 1 bunch Green chillies – 2

Fig Spread

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 fresh figs, finely chopped
