Coconut Sundal

Ingredients:

Soaked channay ki daal for 8 hours
oil 4tbsp
coconut – 4 tbsp
mustard seed – 1tbsp
green chilies – 2

Method:

Add salt and cook fully in a pressure cooker so that the
lentils become soft.
In little oil, add mustard seeds.
When it pops, add chopped green chillies and grated
coconut and roast lightly for 1 min.
Add this to the cooked daal.
