Ingredients
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander seeds crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
- Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry
METHOD:
Put all above ingredients except oil in mince and leave for 1 hour. Make into tiny balls and deep fry until dark brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
