Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup fine shredded coconut
3 cups oatmeal
Method:
Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in a pot and bring to a boil for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Take pot off of stove and add the coconut and oatmeal. Mix until everything is coated.
Place on a wax paper by heaping tablespoonfuls.
To have these cookies ready quickly, cool in refrigerator.
Serve cold
