Ingredients:
Chicken breast 300 gm
Onions 3
Gram flour 300 gm
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Soda bi carb 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Finely chopped green chilies 4-5
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Chaat masala as required
Direction:
Cut onion and chicken into stripes.
Now mix chicken, onion, garlic paste, soda, carom seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander leaves and green chilies in bowl.
Now add gram flour and lukewarm water, mix it and make pakoray.
Then heat oil in pan and fry pakoray on medium flame.
Then take it out and serve with chili garlic sauce and chaat masala.
