Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Katakat masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger as required
Coriander leaves few
Brown onion 1
Oil as required
Method:
Marinate chicken with all ingredients except katakat masala and brown onion for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in pan, add marinated chicken and cook until oil separates.
Then add brown onion and katakat masala, cook more for 10-15 minutes, garnish with ginger slices and coriander leaves and serve hot.
