Ingredients
• For Dough:
• Plain flour 500 grams
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Yeast 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Water 1 cup
• Egg 1
• For Filling:
• Chicken 1-1/2 cup (boneless)
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Green chili ½ tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Topping
• Onion
• Capsicum
• Cheese
• Mushrooms & olives (optional)
• Pizza Seasoning
• Thyme
• Oregano
• Basil leaves
• Pizza Sauce:
• Tomato paste 2 cup
• Tomato ketchup 1 cup
• Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Basil leaves 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• White pepper 1 tsp
• Red chili powder ½ tsp
• Red chili flakes 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
• Oregano 2 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp

METHOD:
Take a bowl and put all ingredients and chicken in it. Mix well. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken well.
Pizza sauce:
Heat oil in a pan, put onion and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Now add tomato paste and all ingredients and mix until the sauce is thick paste.
Dough:
Take a bowl and put all ingredients in it. Knead well. Set it aside for 2 hours.
Topping:
Put dough on the pizza pan and make marks with a fork. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Now apply the pizza sauce, onion, cheddar cheese, and chicken filing, olives, capsicum and mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven over 200C for 10 minutes.

Put the flour in a large bowl, then stir in the yeast and a large pinch of salt. Make a well in the centre, pour in 175ml warm water and the oil and bring together with a wooden spoon to make a soft, fairly wet dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-8 mins until smooth. Divide the dough into four balls and arrange on a floured tray, well spaced apart. Cover with a tea towel and set aside for about 40 mins-1 hr until doubled in size.

Heat the oven to 240C/220C fan/gas 8 and put a baking tray in the oven to heat up. Roll the dough balls out on a floured surface into long baguette sticks about 22-25cm long, place on the hot tray and bake for 10-12 mins until puffed up and golden, then leave to cool. Can be made a few hours ahead of baking.

To assemble, split the bread down one side and neatly layer in the tomato, ham, mozzarella and rocket, if using. Mix the pesto with the olive oil, drizzle over, halve and serve.
