Ingredients:

Boneless chicken julienne 1/2 kg
Sweet chili sauce 1/4 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Suree rice noodles 1/2 packet
Egg beaten 1
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Maida 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Stocks 2 cups
Eggs boiled 2
Capsicum 1 slice
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
White sauce 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp

For White Sauce:

Butter 2 tbsp
Maida 4 tbsp
Milk 1-1/2 cup
Stock 1-1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tbsp

Direction:

For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook until mixture is thick.
For casserole: Heat oil and fry onion.
Now put chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
Then put garlic paste, maida, spices, sauce, capsicum and stock and cook for 2 minutes.
When gravy is thick, grease tray.
Now put chicken mixture.
The put rice noodles, white sauce and cheese and add eggs.
Now put white sauce and butter on top and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
