  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the bread diagonally into wedges, keeping the bottom intact.
  3. Mix garlic butter: In a bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture between each bread wedge.
