Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 baguette, fresh
1/3 cup butter
Method:
Take a pan and add mayonnaise, both cheeses, tomatoes, olives, oregano, basil and pepper.
Mix the ingredients well.
Cut the baguette into slices and butter one side of it.
In a baking dish, arrange baguette on a butter sheet and spread the mixture over it.
Bake for 15 minutes.
