Chatpaty Beef Balls

Beef or mutton mince 1/2 kg
Finely chopped onion 2
Bread slices 2
Egg whites 2
Fresh whole red chili 4
Green chilies 8
Bread crumbs 1 packet
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Maida 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste


Mix mince and bread slices and grind in chopper.
Now put green chilies, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar, onion, maida, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
Then make small balls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
Then heat oil in wok and deep fry on low flame.
When golden brown, serve with tomato ketchup.
