Ingredients:
Butter 1/2 cup
Sriracha sauce 1/2 cup
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp
Chicken breast 4
Dinner rolls 8-10
Salad leaves 8-10
Salad dressing 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Skewers 12
Salt 1 tsp
Carrot 1
Cabbage 1/2 cup
Method:
Mix salt, sriracha sauce, hoisin sauce and garlic powder, marinate chicken with it and grill on pan for 10 minutes.
Now shred chicken and mix carrot and cabbage.
For assemble: Spread butter on dinner roll and keep salad leaves.
Now keep chicken, cheese and coleslaw, cover with second part of bun and close with skewers.
