  • Small bread 1 full (24 slices)
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For Filling:
  • Potatoes 2 (boiled and coarsely mashed)
  • Peas ½ cup (boiled)
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  • Cumin ½ tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chat masala ½ tsp
  • Cottage cheese ¼ cup (grated)

Cooking Directions

  1. For Filling: Mix all in a bowl.
  2. For Kachori: Remove the crust from the bread cut into 3 inch round.
  3. Dip each slice in water, squeeze it well.
  4. Fill the potato mixture and cover with second slice.
  5. Press firmly like kachori.
  6. Deep fry in oil until golden, serve with ketchup.
