Ingredients:
Beef 450 gm
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Beef stock 1-1/4 cup
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 1 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Black bean sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cold water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in pot on medium flame, fry ginger and garlic with beef and cook till half done.
Then add green chilies, capsicum, black bean sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt, cook for 2 minutes, add stock and corn starch and boil it.
Now stir it, thick sauce and serve hot.
