Ingredients:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
HP sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Oil or butter 2 tbsp
Direction:
Mix all ingredients except beef in bowl nicely.
Then marinate beef with this mixture for 4-5 hours.
Then heat oil or butter in grill pan and grill beef until cooked.
Then take it out in sizzler and serve hot with boiled vegetables and french fries or mashed potatoes or boiled rice or potato wedges.
