Beef steak undercut 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Mushroom Sauce:
Butter 100 gm
Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


Marinate beef steak with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chili sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, salt and vinegar and leave for 1 hour.
Now heat oil in frying pan and roast chicken for 5 minutes on both sides.
For mushroom sauce: Heat butter and fry mushrooms.
Now put tomato ketchup, stock, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and red chili and cook it.
When it boils, dissolve corn flour in some water and add it.
When thick, close stove and add oregano.
In end, put on steak and serve.
