Ingredients:
For Beef:
Beef boneless 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
White cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chili paste 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Fried & crushed onion 2
Papaya paste 2-3 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Paratha:
Maida 1/2 kg
Ghee 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Creamy mushroom sauce as required
Onion (sliced in rings) as required
Method:
For beef: Add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, white cumin seeds, black pepper, red chili paste, vinegar, papaya, oil and salt in mixing bowl, mix it and marinate beef cubes with it.
Now beef with marination in pot and roast it.
Then add water as required, tender meat and dry water.
When meat tender and masala cooks, remove it.
For paratha: Mix maida, ghee, salt and water as required nicely and knead soft dough.
Now make balls, roll it, make parathay and keep it aside.
Put meat on parathay and put creamy mushroom sauce.
Then put onion, roll it and serve hot.
