Ingredients:

Beef 1 kg
Chopped Onion 1 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomatoes 1/2 cup
Pine Nuts 1/3 cup
Walnuts 1/3 cup
Cashew Nuts 1/3 cup
Dates 1 cup
Dates syrup 1/3 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 4 cloves
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Powder 1 tsp
Stock Dissolve Water 1 cube
Salt, White pepper to taste

Method:

Put oil and garlic in pan and saute it.
Then put beef and cook until brown and tender.
Now put white pepper, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric and mix it.
Then put stock and water.
When water dries and meat tender, put tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are not mashed.
Then put pine nuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, onion, lemon powder and dates syrup and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Then put capsicum, cheese and dates, cook it, take out in dish, decorate with pine nuts and serve.
