Ingredients:

Beef pieces 1/2 kg
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Poppy seed powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Crushed papaya 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Wooden skewers as required

Method:

Cut beef into small small botiyan.
Now mix with cumin powder, chili powder, poppy seed powder, black pepper powder, crushed papaya, salt, oil and yogurt.
Now marinate beef with this masala for approx 30 minutes.
Then put botiyan on skewers. Then coat with bread crumbs.
Beat eggs nicely, dip skewers in it and deep fry it.

Chicken Roll

Ingredients: Boiled chicken 250 gm Potatoes 3 Ginger garlic paste
