Beef mince 1/2 kg
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies 4
Garlic cloves 3
Salt to taste
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
Oil 1/4 cup
Heat oil in wok and put garlic.
When light brown, add beef and roast it lightly.
Put red chili, cumin and green chilies and roast more.
When serve, hot it again.
Put lemon juice, salt and ginger.
Then garnish with green coriander and serve.
