Beef 1/2 kg
Green chilies unseeded 10
Garlic crushed 8 cloves
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
Sesame oil few drops
Oil as required


Cut beef into finely fillets.
Then marinate beef with salt, sugar, black pepper, white pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, corn flour and chicken cube flour for 1 hour.
Then heat oil in wok.
Then put marinated fillets and stir fry on high flame.
When water dries, low flame.
Then heat 1 tbsp oil in other frying pan and stir fry green chilies.
Then put in beef with sesame oil and serve hot with hot naan.
