Ingredients:
Undercut (thinly slice) 1/2 kg
Oil 1/4 cup
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
White cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 3
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Green chilies 8
Capsicum 1
Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry ginger garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, turmeric, red pepper, white cumin, all spice and salt until tomatoes tender.
Now add beef and fry more until meat tender.
Then put capsicum, green chilies and 1 cup water.
Now add corn flour paste.
