Ingredients:
Beef 500 gm
Beef fat 60 gm
Yogurt 1-2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Green chilies 3-4
Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
Capsicum slice 1
Tomato 1
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind beef with beef fat finely.
Repeat this step 2-3 times.
Add yogurt, all spice powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste, bread crumbs, eggs and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
Now leave it for a while.
Now make kabab and fry in hot oil on low flame.
Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on kabab.
Keep capsicum slice and tomato slice and bake in preheated oven.
In end, take out kabab in serving dish and serve with vegetables.
